Highly recommend Karlie as a server. Great attention to detail. I am like Sally in "When Harry Met Sally. " I asked for no butter on veggies and she asked if I wanted to leave the butter off the steak.

Steak was great. I am more impressed with service.

After this afternoon's 8/18/2019 visit to the Henrietta location, we won't be back due to Veteran's Discount was $-2.00 off the entire bill. Standard Veteran's Discount is 10% off the entire bill, also they only offer the Veteran's Discount on Thursdays?
Online says otherwise. We spoke to the manager he said he'd allow me the discount only if I wouldn't say anything. Allot of my Veteran Brother's and Sister's appreciate these discounts especially where we can get them, and it's typically 10% off the entire bill, not a measly $2.00 deduction.
Our server was decent and no issues with our food. I was looking forward to seeing the discount and seeing though it wasn't there or nowhere near what or should've been, hence is the reason for the crappy review.
The Employee shirts that they wear, say "Proudly Serving those who have Served" yet they don't want to offer, or this particular Store is Democratically run and won't give a 10% Discount to me, for I'm one of those "Who Served!!!" The Manager must really think I'm an ignorant the of person.
It's okay, I do believe that the Greece Restaurant honors Veteran's everyday.
Maybe I'll write Texas Roadhouse Corporate a defined letter explaining how important it is that when you portray a slogan that states "Proudly Serving those who Served", you might want to take into consideration to give the appropriate Veteran Discount that associated with promoting of that slogan?
Otherwise, either give the discount everyday or don't do it at all.

I should probably really give this a 4 star. I am a fan so I often over look some small things. Like when the chili has way too much salt in it. I love the ribs here. And any combo with ribs on it. Also, the yeast rolls that come out before the meal are AWESOME. But pace yourself!

You can call or text ahead to get your name on the waiting list. It's a good idea most of the time. Once, we went and there was a 90 minute wait.

I have to admit, for a chain restaurant, i was not let down, nor was my kiddo. We happened to have made the choice to go around 6PM, which may not have been our finest idea, but after around 35 minutes of playing rounds of phone games, we made it to our seats.
Our waitress was friendly and accommodating, and never let my daughter's glass of pink lemonade get empty, which is awesome to see. The interior is that iconic look of a Texas styled steakhouse, complete with peanut shells all over the floor, which i find interesting and comical.
Within mere moments we were met by their warm dinner rolls and the sweet creme butter, which i could legit demolish, but kinda don't wanna die. Their menu is sprawling and long, but rest assured from Cactus blossom (blooming onion) to Steakhouse filet salad, to porterhouse and filet options, and all the way over to grilled salmon - you wont go hungry and there's something for everybody.
My kiddo ordered the chicken critters (chicken tenders) and ribs combo, and I went far left and tried their grilled pork chops. I admit, I was taking a risk, but they were legit. The chops were tender and fully cooked, and weren't dried out - also the peppercorn sauce was a nice touch. Be prepared. its a lot of food, and you'll likely be taking home a box like we both did with our meals. I have to admit, i'm impressed when a chain can get consistent and be consistently good.

I was pleasantly surprised with my first visit to Texas Roadhouse. When I first entered the restaurant I was appalled at how dirty the floor was before I realized they served peanuts. The restaurant is pretty big and it was packed for a Thursday night. Our waitress was really nice and prompt and our food came out at a good pace.

Before we talk apps and entrees, I have to dedicate some time to praising those fluffy rolls (complementary)! They're so adorable and soooo deliciously soft. I honestly didn't even need that butter (which was also excellent) to inhale those rolls and they keep bringing them to you!

We ordered the combo appetizer platter. We chose boneless wings in mild buffalo sauce, jalapeno poppers and potato skins. This combo was disappointing. The boneless wings are more like chicken strips and there was very little sauce so it was dry. The wings are also very spicy for being mild. The jalapeno poppers were very very salty, with not much spice. The potato skins were dry and also extremely salty. For $10, skip this platter and get something else.

For entree I got the ribeye cooked medium rare. I loved how my steak was cooked. The steak was moist and flavorful and had a lot of meat flavor which I appreciate. My sides were forgettable. I got steak fries and a house salad. The fries were dry and bland and the house salad was a basic salad.

Overall, this was a pretty spicy spot for just great bread and steak, but I think I'd come back for them!
